WINEMAKERS COMMENTS
Complex aromas of ripe stone fruits, such as nectarine and white peach with hints of brioche and nuttiness. The palate is dry and medium bodied with a smooth, creamy mouthfeel coupled with vibrant acidity and a touch of spice on the finish. A real crowd pleaser.
VINTAGE
A cold and wet spring of 2023 led to low bunch numbers and a long flowering period. Small, open bunches, low yields and concentrated flavours were the result.
The rest of the 2024 season was near perfect for Chardonnay, with warm days and cool nights producing wines with amazing vibrancy coupled with balanced fruit and acidity.

Gentle pressing after hand and machine picking. A mixture of natural and inoculated yeast fermentation. 1 month of lees stirring post alcoholic ferment. Natural malolactic ferment through spring.
50% Barrel fermentation. 10% new barriques.
50% Stainless steel fermentation.
This wine is suitable for a plant-based diet.
