WINEMAKERS COMMENTS
Rich and complex, with pronounced aromas of ripe stone fruits such as peach and hint of sauteed butter, touch of spice like clove or nutmeg. The palate is medium bodied and creamy, with a smooth, luxurious texture that expresses a balanced acidity that lifts the rich fruit flavors and provides a fresh, vibrant character.
VINTAGE
2O23 harvest was a challenging time for Chardonnay, which until the cylone had been experiencing an exceptional growth period. However, due to the dedication of the vineyard team we were able to pick only the best quality fruit, which made the winemaking so much easiser.

Chardonnay 2023 Review
92/1OO Points | Premium
“A lovely bouquet with a very modern frame with a light reduction mixed with scents of flint and white peach, grapefruit and apple. Some finer spice qualities add breadth and complexity. Lots of weight and satin mouthfeel precede flavours of white fleshed fruits and citrus, some flinty quality returns and gentle fruit spices with some delicate older barrel and stony soil qualities.”
